We do not ship to East coast areas except on Mondays or Tuesdays, late orders on late Monday or even a Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

Remember, we are not responsible for shipping in transit times, or for your carrier to leave a product on your porch or in the sun all day. Shipments are correctly labeled as perishable plants . If your carrier is too stupid to read that and act accordingly , then your claim is with the carrier . We fully investigate all claims of damaged plants and we have the exact drop off times because of how we ship. We also phone the local carriers office and ask for specifics about the delivery dates and times, if the shipment was dropped at the door, if the package was left outside, and then we pull the weather reports for that area the day of shipment. We will not and can not be held responsible for carrier stupidity. If you have a waver for a carrier to drop shipments off at your door, You are responsible for that shipment and its condition.

Any attempt to charge back a credit card in this situation a response will be filed as a fraud attempt. We have had several situations now that someone has tried to claim large shipments as DOA. and it was discovered that they were gone for 4 days and the shipments were dropped off and they sat in the sun 4 days. A fraud claims were counter filed and we have won every one of them. If you plan to order as a customer and want to pay, that’s great, if you plan to order, to then claim damaged plants, or try any other method to get the shipment free, think again, we will not tolerate any such transactions.

All such investigations do include the FBI Internet crimes unit, and the Postal Inspectors Fraud crimes unit , and your local Police Agency and your State Attorney Generals Office.
